How does TimeLine MX process stereo signal?

Not all algorithms on TimeLine MX process stereo signal in the same way. The following algorithms process in “true stereo”, meaning that the left input and right input are processed directly to their respective outputs without any summing:

• dTape
• Digital
• Oil Can
• Multitap
• Reverse
• Lo-Fi
• Filter
• Ice

The following algorithms sum the input signal to mono, then create stereo fields from the summed input. This is necessary to create a wider feeling stereo field:

• dBucket
• Drum
• Spectral
• Reverb
