MIDI: Fixed issue where CC’s arriving close behind PC were applied prematurely
MIDI: Fixed mishandling of some unused messages like SPP over USB MIDI
FOOTSWITCH: fixed issue where hold detection would happen too soon [250ms -> 500ms
FOOTSWITCH: Fixed issue where DUAL FOOTSW MODE would not be honored immediately at boot
FOOTSWITCH: Fixed issue where MIDI-bypassing D1 in FOOTSW MODE=PRESET would too eagerly blank LED
FOOTSWITCHES: Fixed wrong BANK UP/BANK DOWN result near max active bank

GLOBALS: Added MC RESET (MIDI CLOCK RESET) to allow the option of re-syncing delay time to MIDI CLOCK after changing TIME manually on the hardware
GLOBALS: Added MC SWEEP (MIDI CLOCK SWEEP) to address pitch artifacts resulting from MIDI CLOCK tempo changes
EXP MODE: Added DELAY INPUT feature to control both per-delay input levels
EXP MODE: Added LOOPER LEVEL option to EXP MODE
EXP MODE: Reorganized EXP MODE options
PARAMS: Added assignable and EXP-ready DELAY INPUT parameter
DUAL: Mixed gain correction on PARALLEL configuration is a little wetter
MIDI: Added CC#31/32 for per-delay INPUT LEVEL
MIDI: Added CC#113/114 [0=bypass; 1-127=engaged] for independent delay bypass toggle
